30-Day Return & Refund Policy
We hope you enjoy every HOKINETY product, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return any new, unused HOKINETY product within 30 days of the original delivery date.
To ensure a smooth return experience, please make sure the following conditions are met:
The item is unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition.
A return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the package by emailing HOKINETY_OFFICAL@outlook.com.
A clear photo or video of the item’s condition is provided.
The item is returned in original packaging using the official return label provided by HOKINETY.
The return label is valid for 7 days from the date issued. If the product is not shipped out within 7 days, the request will be automatically closed. (You may request again, but a new label may not be free.)
Important Notes
Items returned without the official HOKINETY return label will be rejected at the customer’s cost.
Returns for non-defective reasons may incur a 25% restocking fee, and any related shipping cost, duties, or tariffs will be the customer’s responsibility.
HOKINETY is not responsible for loss, damage, or misuse of the product caused by improper handling or unauthorized use.
Refunds
Before submitting a refund request, please note:
Price adjustments are not supported if a lower price appears later on HOKINETY’s website or partner stores due to promotions.
HOKINETY officially sells only on hokinety.com and our Amazon store. Purchases made from fraudulent or imitation websites are not eligible for refunds.
Coupon codes must be applied at checkout. We cannot refund the difference if a coupon was forgotten, entered incorrectly, or expired.
All discounts are valid only during promotional periods.
Refund Processing Time
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue your refund.
Refunds typically appear in your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank processing time.
If the refund does not appear after this timeframe, please contact your bank first. If you still need help, email us at HOKINETY_OFFICAL@outlook.com.
How to Return an Order
If you need to return a product, simply contact us at HOKINETY_OFFICAL@outlook.com
before sending anything back.
Please include:
Reason for return
Valid order number
Delivery date
Clear photo/video showing the product condition (for quality-related returns)
We will initiate the replacement or refund process once the returned product is received and inspected.
Damaged on Arrival (DOA)
In rare cases, items may be damaged during shipping.
If your product arrives damaged, please email HOKINETY_OFFICAL@outlook.com
within 7 days of receipt with:
A clear photo or video of the damaged item
Your order number
Claims made after 7 days cannot be accepted.
We will help resolve the issue immediately.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment. A 8% processing fee applies to all canceled orders.
Once an order has shipped, cancellations will be treated as a return and incur a 25% restocking fee plus shipping costs and any applicable tariffs.
All cancellation requests submitted via website or email must be confirmed with a follow-up confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact us again at service@hokinety.com.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOKINETY is not liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
We are not responsible for property damage, personal injury, death or other losses caused by misuse, improper operation, or unauthorized modification of HOKINETY products.
